How do I sign in?

Use Sign in with Apple, or your email address: we send you a 6-digit code. There are no passwords.

How do I invite my family?

Tap your profile picture, then Invite someone. Send the link or the 6-character code. The others install Familio, sign in and choose Join.

What is our family email address?

You pick it when you create the family, for example holm@hjem.family. Mail sent there appears in everyone's Inbox. Attachments open in the app.

How do I pause location sharing?

Tap your profile picture and turn off Share my location. Your family then sees no location for you, and the last one is removed.

I bought Familio on another phone.

Open your profile picture, tap the purchase row and choose Restore purchase. The purchase belongs to the family, so everyone already has it.

How do I delete my account?

Tap your profile picture, then Delete account. Your sessions, devices and location are removed. Messages and photos you shared stay with the family.
